What do designers experience while applying for jobs?
In a bustling digital era, talented designers struggle to find their dream jobs. Frustrated with traditional job search platforms, they yearned for a solution that catered specifically to their unique needs and aspirations. This is the story of creating a solution that revolutionize the job application process for budding designers.

In a bustling digital era, talented designers struggle to find their dream jobs. Frustrated with traditional job search platforms, they yearned for a solution that catered specifically to their unique needs and aspirations. This is the story of creating a solution that revolutionize the job application process for budding designers.
Problem
After diving deep into market research and conducting user interviews, I identified the core problem statement. And you know what? The problem turned out to be even bigger than what I initially hypothesized. To make sense of it all, I broke it down into four distinct parts for better understanding and clarity.

After diving deep into market research and conducting user interviews, I identified the core problem statement. And you know what? The problem turned out to be even bigger than what I initially hypothesized. To make sense of it all, I broke it down into four distinct parts for better understanding and clarity.
Solution
To tackle the four major issues identified during my research, I crafted a product that’s purpose-built for solving these challenges head-on. To make it happen, I handpicked Dribbble as the perfect integration for this feature.
By leveraging their existing projects on the platform, designers can now overcome these hurdles seamlessly. Plus, this integration significantly reduces the supposed learning curve associated with adopting a new platform.
For the design style, I followed the design principle and design system of the Dribbble as much as possible. Though I made changes on my own, according to the needs.
