They also have basic needs, such as booking tables, checking seat availability, getting better seats, and splitting bills with friends or colleagues. The lack of a centralized platform for these services hampers the overall dining experience.

Conducted in-depth interviews with eight candidates who frequently dine out. Explored their experiences, pain points, and expectations regarding the restaurant and cafe dining process. These research insights and processes served as the foundation for identifying the core problems and designing an effective solution.

During the ideation phase, I started by creating a user flow and information architecture for Diner. This helped visualize the user journey and organize the platform's structure. I then developed over 50 paper wireframes to explore design possibilities and iterate on the user interface, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
